**Marketing Lead - Fully Remote**
**Up to £55,000 + Benefits such as 35-hour work week, flexible hours, 25 days Holidays + Bank holidays, Life assurance and more**
This opportunity is for an experienced Marketing Lead to join an established team, responsible for the strategic development, implementation and analysis of marketing activities for an international business. You will be responsible for you own portfolio aswell line management of Marketing Managers and a Marketing Executive, with overall accountability of the delivery of the Marketing Strategy.
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will have a proven track record of success, ideally in a related such as publishing or academia. You will have experience of leading and motivating a team, with the ability to create a marketing plan that builds awareness anddrives leads. The Marketing Lead will have the responsibility of effectively owning the marketing budget to maximise ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Marketing strategy development and execution
- Marketing and brand campaign development
- Experience with a variety of social media platforms and content creation
- Experience managing / leading a marketing department.
- Stakeholder Management
- Budget Management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Beneficial industry experience - Education, Research, Publishing
