- Organisation of deal roadshows, non-deal roadshows, reverse roadshows and closing events for the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and Securitisation product lines and all the processes related to physical or virtual roadshows.
- The nature of the events will vary in scope so you will need to adapt accordingly.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Roadshows**
- Handle and complete the full road show management process (hotel booking, travel arrangements, invitation, printing of presentations).
- Coordinate with third party providers (hotels, ATP, car company..), product lines and clients.
- Arrange the printing of R/S presentations and ship them timely to the road show location/venue.
- On-site event management when necessary.
- Budget control and re-invoicing process
- Coordinate schedules of 1:1 meeting, group meetings and all necessary logistics.
- Liaising with stakeholders across all regions on a regular basis and providing a proactive and professional attitude.
- Understand changes to the roadshow sector in terms of virtual event planning, using systems like Webex or Netroadshows
- Manage the Invoicing process
**Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities**
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
- Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

- Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and professional manner. Accuracy, capacity to work under tight deadlines and to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-confident, competent when dealing with Senior Management
- Outils informatiques
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and effective time management skills
- Efficient in planning and coordinating high-profile corporate events
- Effective when time-critical deadlines in a challenging environment
- Able to work under pressure in a small team
- Proficient in MS excel, windows, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Solutions for organizing Virtual events
