LoanTube is currently rolling out a B2B version of its platform to the UK’s 5.5 million strong small & medium sized businesses (SMEs) - who constitute the backbone of the UK economy and yet are massively underserved by established high street lenders.

**About the opportunity**

LoanTube is currently hiring a Head of Business Loans who will be responsible for leading LoanTube’s newly launched B2B lending revenue-generating efforts. This is a senior role, and the person will work closely with LoanTube’s founders to maximise the success and impact of the B2B channel.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Design and implement a business strategy for the B2B revenue-generating operations, as well as build, lead and manage the sales team.
- Strategic partnerships
- Onboard new lenders and manage the relationships, while influencing the design and development of the platform’s lender panel, and its capabilities (which will facilitate automation).
- Establish strategic partnerships with other market participants in order to reach the company’s ambitious B2B customer growth targets.
- Customer onboarding
- Receiving inbound calls from business customers and make outbound calls to customers, and deal with their queries and requests.
- Manage the entire process from the initial enquiry through to pay out, including obtaining information and documents from the clients, package the cases and dealing with lenders.
- Other
- Generate business from own sources.
- Stay up to date with relevant industry trends & competitor dynamics and initiate fresh ideas that will ensure the company maintains a high degree of competitive advantage.

**Our key requirements**:

- **A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role**, including exposure to a wide range of different Business Finance products (unsecured loans, secured business loans, revolving credit facilities, asset finance, invoice finance).
- A highly goal-oriented self-starter with excellent communication & team-work skills.
- Willingness to build & lead new operations from scratch. As this requires a high level of confidence and thick skin, previous such experience is a must.
- Significant experience in managing teams of commercial finance brokers, including setting up a strong internal company culture of success, collaboration & respect.
- On-site work requirement (Hammersmith) - remote work is not possible as the role involves shaping & building the company’s B2B revenue-generating capabilities with the co-founders’ direct support alongside.

**Salary**: From £60,000.00 per year
