**Who You'll Be Working for**:A growing international bank now emerging into the UK and European market.

**What You'll be Doing Each Day**:

- Administration of the wholesale banking loan products which may include but not be limited to bilateral loan, syndicated loan, international clearing and etc.
- Establish the framework and process procedures for all the loans administration functions, administrate and perform the day to day operations of the branch, including transaction input and check, documentation checking, ensuring all required conditionsare met prior to drawdown, managing and maintaining the custodial records and relevant documents. Liaising with Internal and External customers and Head Office departments as necessary to perform the role.
- Perform the administrative functions for opening client accounts and maintaining customer account files.
- Interact with and stand in for other members of the operations team covering treasury operations, clearing and trade finance.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Head of Operations or Senior Management.
- Review and consult on the implementation of regulatory policies and procedures for Operation departments in relation to UK rules and regulations.
- Responsible for the day to day processing of all loans products including transaction input and administration of facilities and documentation.
- Ensure that loans are disbursed only after contractual terms and conditions have been met and all required documents have been received.
- Responsible for accurate and timely agreement and reporting of all currency movements related to Loans Administration to the front line departments.
- Responsible for the day to day monitoring of the SWIFT message queues related to loans.
- Responsible for preparation as required of all reporting and M.I. related to loans.
- Provide Operational support and cover to other Operations functions including treasury operations, clearing and trade finance.
- Keep the Business Continuity Plan updated for the loan products.

**The Skills You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Relevant level of experience as an Operations / Loans Manager or similar
- Understanding of regulatory impact on all operational processes
- Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to build effective relationships across the business.
- Good knowledge of operational resilience.
- Good knowledge of the UK Regulatory (CASS, SYSC, COBS) requirements and Outsourcing arrangements and concepts.
- Fluent English in spoken and written, preferably speak and write Mandarin, but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask.

**Working hours**: 9-5 with flexibility when necessary.
