**About the Company** At Finanze®, we advise on short term and long term property finance for wealthy individuals nationally and internationally. We have received many accolades for the services we provide, and regularly get featured in the national and trade press. We are aspecialist in creating innovative and bespoke funding solutions for complex situations for high-net-worth clients. Ultimately we provide a bespoke "hand in glove" service to clients and relationship management is integral to our model hence looking for someonethat will go the extra mile to help understand and craft solutions for our customers. We have issued terms on over £580m worth of property since launching a year ago and we are currently active on £295m worth of gross loans. Within this activity, 95% of the transactions are from LTD companies, many of whom have approached us asking if weoffer other business funding services hence looking to build this new division from the ground up. We have already established relationships with 50+ specialist lenders but now we are looking for an expert in this area to establish best practice, reach outto our client base to promote and provide services and eventually build out their own team as needed based on volume of business. **We are looking for someone to join Finanze® as Head of Business Finance to lead by example and set up a team of brokers to focus on selling**: - .: Business Loans_ - .: Asset Finance / Leasing_ - .: Factoring / Invoice Discounting_ You’re experienced in business development within the asset finance and/or commercial finance space. You'll have a good working knowledge of asset finance products and services along with business loans and invoice discounting/factoring services, being ableto clearly communicate the features and benefits of different solutions in the market. You will be responsible for sourcing and managing your own lending opportunities along with marketing to the Firm's existing clients. You will be given free reign to develop out our business finance offering and lender panel. Introducers are key to our business and so the ability to network and build trusted relationships to create your own personal pool of introducers is vital. You'll have a range of your own introducers to work with, from vendors, equipment suppliers and manufacturersto business advisers and other brokers. You will be able to follow up with leads and have direct leads which are produced by the brokerage. You can articulate the specifics of a commercial deal to an underwriter with the appropriate level of detail and clarity and have a proven track record of doing so. You appreciate the complexities of certain deals and are able to remain focused and motivatedto get the right result for the client. **The brokerage sources the following products**: - Business Loans - Invoice Discounting - Merchant Cash Advance - Asset Finance - Construction Finance **Main Duties** - Have a keen passion for sales and be professional when sourcing finance solutions for clients - Be able to prioritise multiple tasks - Be self-motivated and driven to succeed - Build long-term relationships with clients and prospects to maximise sales opportunities - Must be self-motivated and have a passion for financial success. - Originating new lending opportunities - Packaging documents - Approaching lenders for term sheets and approvals **The position will be**: - Self employed, Highly Rewarding Commission Structure, OTE £100k+ - Work from home - We pay your network/FCA/PI costs - Case Admin provided - Training / Software provided
