Interim Finance Director

A highly successful private equity backed consumer business are seeking to hire an interim Finance Director reporting on a 12 month maternity cover. My client has built a superb brand in the sector in recent years as they have grown and expanded with significantsuccess and are looking to scale the business.

You will report to the CEO and be their no 1 in finance. You will be responsible for all the accounting, cash flow management and finance operations for the business. You will be delivering the accounting and controls but also the budgeting, forecasting,planning and analysis for the business. This will be a varied role where you will be involved in all of the strategy, business cases and investment appraisals. This role will have significant exposure and interaction to non-finance with you business partneringthem around decision support and business insight. This role will have a team underneath you.
