We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join a rapidly growing and exciting organisation based near Abingdon.
**The Role**
- Ensure the office area is well maintained and equipped
- Answer and Direct phone calls/liaise with clients
- Organising staff events and business travel
- Responsibility for invoice payments
- Prepare bookkeeping for clients
- PA support to management
- You will have extensive previous administration experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A strong team player but also an ability to work alone
- Great attention to detail
- Proficient IT Skills
- such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Full, clean driving licence
