**THE COMPANY**
With 15 years in the PCO/ Private Hire vehicle self-drive rental industry, Simple Self Drive is a Market leader with an extensive fleet and growing. Over the next few years, we are gearing up for major expansion across the UK and are recruiting ambitious and driven individuals to join our extremely busy team.
**THE JOB**
Our operations is what drives us as a business so it’s important it's running efficiently, reporting to the Managing Director you will play a key role in supporting the various teams ensuring the office is managed and customers and enquiries are dealt with promptly, you will also be responsible for day to day administrative tasks within sales and our fleet.
Day to day duties will include:
- Welcoming clients upon arrival and notifying relevant departments.
- Supporting fleet with vehicle compliance.
- Helping to maintain social media accounts.
- Ensuring office supplies are fully stocked and taking responsibility for procurement and cost savings.
- Supporting with recruitment and on-boarding of new staff.
- Managing 3rd party suppliers and contractors.
- Managing cleaning and maintenance of the office
- Planning office events.
**THE CANDIDATE**:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Computer literate with experience using a range of software packages.
- Previous experience working in a busy environment.
- Detail orientated with the ability to interrogate data and reports.
- Able to work under pressure and coordinate resources effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
