Admin Assistant

**ORB Recruitment** have a fantastic opportunity for a **Admin Assistant **to work with our client who is an established company who specialise in vacant property and people protection, with work taking place in the **Fife (KY1).**
- **Data Entry**: Including answering calls and creating job instructions on the system, ensuring that the instructions are raised on the correct client codes and to assist with the input of secondary jobs passed from the control desk.
- **Data Processing**:To ensure job sheets are processed, ensure that customer price bands are maintained and identify chargeable items from work are carried out.
- **General**:Ensure that all company procedures including H&S, ISO9001 are adhered to.
- **Secondary**:Full support all staff, report problems, complaints and faults, communicate appropriastely with all parties as and when required and to carry out any other reasonable dutues to meet the needs of the Branch.
- Relevant experience within an administration role
- Available to work Monday to Friday during normal business hours
**Pay**:£10.50ph - PAYE
**Hours/Days**:The following days and hours are available;
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per weeks
**Job Type**: Temp to perm
**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kirkcaldy KY1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
