N1 Payments are a leader in their field. Now due to expansion, we are looking for experienced B2B administration and customer service people. Experience in merchant services preferred but not essential. Salary and bonus.
Job description and responsibilities.
- Office administration including microsoft and CRM work
- Reach out to existing customers to maintain retention.
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Communicate with new and existing customers to understand their requirements and needs
- Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
- Keep an updated customer database
- Track and document calls and sales
- Update client records
Work Hybrid - onsite and remote
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-36 per week
**Salary**: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
