**Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Alton Towers Resort is on the lookout for a dedicated VIP Coordinator to elevate our VIP offerings and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional, personalised journey.**
**About the Role**:
This exciting new role will see you working closely with the Sales team to deliver unique VIP experiences, including rollercoaster track walks, heritage tours, hosted visits, and so much more.
As a VIP Coordinator, you will take ownership of our VIP operations, overseeing day-to-day activities, training the team to deliver world-class service, managing guest communications, and ensuring feedback is actioned to continuously improve our offerings. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping VIP experiences at one of the UK’s leading attractions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Operational Excellence**:
Lead the seamless execution of VIP experiences, maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. Take charge of team training and ensure every detail of our operations runs smoothly.
- ** Exceptional Communication**:
Manage all pre-visit and post-visit communications, promptly address guest feedback, and provide regular updates to relevant departments. Share your expertise across the resort to strengthen product knowledge at every level.
- ** Guest-Centric Focus**:
Prioritise guest feedback, resolve any actions promptly, and uphold an exceptional standard of communication to exceed expectations and deliver memorable experiences.
- ** Inspiring Team Leadership**:
Manage and motivate the VIP host team, fostering a culture of excellence, quick thinking, and effective communication. Collaborate with the Central Planning Team to enhance team performance and develop their skills.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the resort. Act as the primary contact for all VIP-related matters, ensuring seamless communication. Attend the daily resort briefings and keep Park Duty Managers and relevant departments informed of VIP activities and updates.
