Purchasing Administrator (Maternity Cover) FTC 12 months
We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to the procurement function to come and join our team to support maternity leave. Full training will be provided.
**About You**
Ideally, you will have experience of operating in a purchasing/procurement role but training will be provided. You will be a good team player that can work independently when required. Conscientious and driven, with the will to self-develop. You will seek opportunities to make improvements.
**Skills**
- Strong persuasive communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Autonomous working, used to adhering to tight deadlines and able to prioritise workload under pressure through risk management
- Highly methodical with an ability to control and manage detailed tasks on a regular basis
- Excellent Microsoft office skills with advanced experience in Excel and MRP stock systems
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £23,400.00 per year
