Production Line Leader

**Production Line Leader -** Alconbury, Huntingdon
SALARY **:£13.01 per hour / £16.26 per hour for overtime** (paid monthly on the 25th of each month)

We are currently looking for a **PRODUCTION LINE LEADER**

Making sure your line is highly effective and efficiently running. Ensuring your team are motivated and focused on delivering exceptional bouquets and that quality is at the centre of every stage of the process.

Working to high standards and in the most cost-effective manner, you will act as a role model for your team and ensure they are quality and customer focused.

Your shift pattern:

- Our Production team work a shift pattern of 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on and 4 days off - either Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday.
- You will only be scheduled to work **7 days in every 14 days**

On a daily basis you will:

- Lead activities associated with **safety**, **quality **and legality of the product
- Ensure an **efficient packing** operation is delivered daily
- Deliver all **KPIs **and manage efficiencies to deliver on budgetary controls
- Support in training for staff and agency workers to ensure **high standards** of compliance
- Take the support in the **daily management **of employees
