**Role**: Production Line Leader
**Location**: Alconbury Hill, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire PE28 4HY
**Hourly Rate**: £11.13 up to £11.75 plus overtime paid at a premium.
- **Full-time Permanent and Contracts Available**:
- **Early finish Every Friday at 12:30pm**:
- **No weekend Working**
**Main Duties**:
- Support, drive and oversee the running of the production lines.
- Ensure product change overs are carried out in a smooth and efficient manner, utilising the most effective use of time and labour.
- Ensure the Westland product is produced to the agreed specification in alignment with all quality records being documented.
- Accountable for the job understanding of tasks with the colleagues based on production lines.
- Drive quality, ensuring that all quality checks are carried out and recorded in line with company systems & procedures.
- Record and report accurate information including production statistics.
- Liaise with site specialists (Engineering, Quality, Technical) to ensure line quality and performance is at maximum level.
**No Experience - no problem Full training and support will be provided.**
