You would be the creative and dynamic leader of an established department and team. Key Stage 5 results are consistently strong and significantly above national average. In the Sixth Form, we currently offer two courses. The uptake at Key Stage 4 is consistently strong and we have a legacy of strong bands at the school and learners love to perform in the supportive environment of the school as well as the wider community. There are various extracurricular groups allowing for a real variety of music to be experienced beyond the classroom. The department is well resourced, with a suite of iMacs, two fully equipped classrooms, three dedicated practice rooms and a band room.
