We are currently recruiting for a Reservations Agent to join our fantastic team at The Duke of Richmond Hotel. The beautiful, luxurious Duke of Richmond Hotel located in St Peter Port is an easy stroll to the harbour and overlooks a quiet park with views across the sea. **Key responsibilities of the Reservations Agent will include**:
- Consistently offer a professional, friendly and engaging service
- Book and enter guest reservations following the required standards
- Compiling guests accounts and fulfilling administrative duties
- Updating reservations ensuring a flawless check in and out process
- Ensure revenue is maximised by selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities
- Have previous customer related experience
- Display a polite and professional attitude at all times
- Be an excellent team player
- Be enthusiastic in delivering excellent customer service
- Communicate effectively in English
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Have a friendly, flexible and professional attitude
- Have strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
