This is a home-based role however some travel to London may be required for team meetings. On offer is a salary of up to £22,100 per annum depending on skills and experience.**
**Shift Pattern**:
**Working 5 days out of 7 days including one weekend day, shifts range from 7am to 8pm**
Equans EV Solutions provides End-to-end EV charging technology for public, workplace & private sectors. Our customer service is first class, and we have highly trained personnel providing 24/7 assistance to keep drivers moving.

**What will you deliver?**:
- Remotely diagnosing faults
- Sending remote commands using our bespoke software
- Raising tickets to sub-contractors for field repair and Maintenance visits
- Processing RMA - Returning faulty parts stock and replenishing stock levels
- Record keeping - logging each call on our database
