My client is one of Wales leading providers of electric cars and vans to individuals, businesses, and the public sector. They are dedicated to delivering innovative leasing solutions with their data-driven approaches whilst also making a positive environmental impact.

Talent tent is delighted to be supporting them in finding a Public Sector Sales Specialist, who will make a direct impact on the growth and dynamic of the company.

**The role**

You may not have 100% of these, and they will consider transferable skillsets, however, to give you a guide, these are some of the areas they will focus on;
- **Public sector sales experience-** they are looking for someone with experience selling to large public sector clients such as local authorities and central government.
- **Sales Expertise
- **ideally in similar industries such as car leasing, but not essential.
- **Customer Focus-** we develop long-term relationships with our customers, and will aim for longevity in your relationship building.
- **Growth mindset** - you will be motivated by professional growth and will be eager to learn at all stages of your career with us.
- **Excellent Communicator -** whether it’s crafting persuasive written messages or engaging in clear verbal communication, your communication skills are outstanding.
- **Passionate About Sustainability -** Your enthusiasm for sustainability and electric vehicles is contagious. You bring passion to every interaction.
