About the role:
Join our Blue Arrow family and well established Blue Arrow branch team in Cardiff as a Senior Recruitment Consultant to grow and take ownership of your own desk supplying temporary staff to clients within the Cardiff and Newport Public sector division

Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:

- B2B sales activity: Proactively developing new and existing business
- Managing your team of temporary staff (Flexible Employees)
- Service management: compliance, administration, payroll, maintaining records and systems
- Marketing, advertising, promotional activities and working to targets
- You will be working within an experienced, collaborative team
- Visiting clients - driving licence and own transport will be required
What we're looking for:
An experienced sales orientated Recruitment Consultant ideally from within the public sector temps with great relationship building skills with the ability and drive to develop new business or if you have a strong B2B sales background.
