**WHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAY**

Using customers Portal and other data bases / spreadsheets to validate proposed substation visits to:

- Ascertain if there are any Operational Instructions / Access restrictions relevant to the Sub Stations and each days activities.
- Review customer asbestos register to identify any asbestos risks within buildings.
- Review customer Asset Register to ascertain installation viability of monitoring - to include review of Feeder and Gateway Server detail.
- Produce resource allocation plan and workload across 2-3 teams, weekly, which considers in-scope sites and logistics to ensure planning is effective and logically sound.
- Update relevant installation progress trackers
- Manage the Equipment inventory production deliveries and returns
- Manage the ordering, validation and supplier invoice authorisation of consumables
- Manage weekly engineer timesheet submissions
- Ensure the engineers have adequate forms and notices for their installations
- Produce reports to line management on progress and requirements
- Attending relevant progress and operation calls/meetings

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Field Service Administration/Management and relative experience
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
- IT literate including MS Office (advanced Excel skills), Teams/Sharepoint, Smart Phone and Tablet.
- Excellent time management and be able to work to deadlines.
- Must be able to work on own initiative and within a team.
- Understand and ensure staff follow strict critical technical instructions and feedback deadlines.
- Very Strong Health and Safety ethos in a high risk environment
- Knowledge of Dynamic Risk Assessments / POWRA
- Good knowledge of terminology working in a Electrically biased organisation.
- Be able to travel to Client or Company offices as required.
- Must be able to adapt and work on different specific data bases and information systems to support the field engineering staff.
- Work allocation experience using software and project tracking

**DESIRABLE**
- Health and Safety qualification IOSH / NEBOSH
- Basic understanding of Electrical Distribution Systems / Electrical knowledge
- POWRA / RAMS knowledge-training
