Job Title: Agile Delivery Lead

Location: London (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Contract Length: 1 year

Advantage Resourcing are working in partnership with a multinational energy company who are seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to join their organisation. The Agile Delivery Lead would be able to offer experience with driving the organisations energy transitionstrategy.
- Drive and facilitate the delivery of large, complex IT products utilizing Agile methodologies:

- Ensuring there is an integrated delivery plan and solutions are realised in the timeframes committed
- Supporting agile ceremonies alongside Scrum Masters
- Management, tracking and escalation of risks, issues, dependencies & actions
- Driving adherence to the companies security and Compliance standards and controls
- Supporting retrospectives & taking responsibility for key actions being completed and communicated to the Product and Portfolio Management teams
- Financial tracking and resource planning for the Product team
- Status reports to stakeholders - Measure and communicate progress to teams and leadership
- Maintain strong broader relationships with other Delivery Leads, Product Managers and squad teams across the portfolio to facilitate effective overarching delivery
- Tracking Epics/ Features to ensure strong links to Business-driven value cases and outcome metrics that tie to the over-arching business strategy
- Support stakeholders in prioritising and committing to delivery
- Facilitate the adoption of agile best practice and be a Subject Matter Expert / Evangelist within the Power Portfolio for Agile methodologies.

**Skills required**:

- Good influencing skills, and a proven track record in driving business results where your personal/business impact can be seen
- Analytical and expansive thinking with a strong desire to deliver and develop
- Good at managing stakeholders & able to influence, even without direct authority

**Agile & Lean practices**:

- Proven track record of delivering complex solutions in a fast-paced environment leveraging Agile methods and techniques
- Expertise in iterative planning across multiple teams, adapting to unexpected changes and know how to embrace those changes, even in later stages of development
- Data analysis skills using metrics to create or modify processes and generate continuous improvements
- Scrum Master experience and/or certifications and extensive experience with Scrum, Kanban, DevOps
- Advanced level of skill with software delivery lifecycle tools like Azure DevOps
- Experience of Figma, Mural or Miro or similar collaboration toolsets
