Method Resourcing has partnered with a privately-owned entrepreneurial business that delivers services in 20 countries worldwide. Our client is looking for two Agile Delivery Leads to help form a new layer of delivery leadership in their global technologyteam responsible for product road map and delivery with a focus on maturing their Agile SAFe best practice and processes.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in QA Leadership to shift their career to broader responsibilities including agile release train, processes, standards, program-level planning, execution and reporting, and continuous improvement.
The successful Agile Delivery Lead will have the following experience:
- Loves to socialize idea's
- Enjoys coaching leaders, engineers, product and scrum masters on lean-agile mindset and practices with a focus on SAFe
- Is confident in delivering change and facilitating program readiness and planning
- Can monitor and report the success of agile release train including PI objectives, release commitments, performance, and metrics
- Acts as a servant leader to multiple squads
- Experience in Agile SAFe
- Comes from a QA Leadership, Release Leadership or Delivery Leadership background
Remote working: My client has offices in Liverpool Street where the expectation is to work remotely unless it makes sense to attend meetings in person. Our client has employees based across the UK and therefore welcomes applicants outside of London.
