**Who are Adventurize?**

Adventurize has been publishing magazines for over 25 years, with our two brands Adventure Bike Rider and Wired For Adventure being industry leading titles in their respective sectors.

Over the past few years, the company has begun to expand into the events industry, hosting the popular Adventure Bike Rider Festival at Ragley Hall, Warwickshire, and soon the Wired For Adventure Festival.

**Position summary**

We are looking for a Creative Artworker who will support the artworking, layout, and creative responsibilities of producing our two magazines, marketing material, and other creative requirements. The role will be responsible for feature layout, typography, advert design, and various marketing assets, designing and developing engaging content and making sure all communication is on brand.

The Creative Artworker role sits within the design team at Adventurize, working with our Art Editor to make each magazine and any associated visual content look as good as it can.

**Tasks & responsibilities**

The day-to-day role will involve the following:

- Laying out content
- Checking quality of work
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously at different stages from design to artwork
- Liaising with the advertising sales team to create adverts for clients
- Contribute creatively to the constant improvement of Adventure Bike Rider and Wired For Adventure branding and layout
- Working with the marketing team to create visuals for advertising campaigns
- Working to deadlines with instruction from the marketing and editorial teams

**Skills and qualifications**
- Must have experience of working with Adobe Creative Suite software including InDesign and PhotoShop.
- Must have experience of designing publications
- Ability to organise, plan and prioritise in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Excellent time management skills

Our offices are beyond the outskirts of Stratford upon Avon and are not on any public transport routes, so you will also need your own form of transport.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
