Senior Creative Artworker – Events Location: Surrey, UK (Hybrid working) We’re now looking for an exceptional and highly motivated Senior Creative Artworker to join our Creative Team. This role is central to ensuring the precision, consistency, and visual excellence of all event materials. You’ll bring creative concepts to life with care and accuracy, collaborating closely with designers, production teams, and client‑facing teams. You’ll also support workflow leadership by guiding freelance artworkers, managing workloads, and solving problems independently. If you’re detail‑obsessed, process‑driven, and passionate about beautifully executed design, this is your chance to play a key role in delivering world‑class experiences for global brands. What You’ll Be Doing As Senior Creative Artworker, you’ll take ownership of artwork production across a wide range of event deliverables, working closely with 2D Designers, Graphic Production, and Client Teams. Key responsibilities include: Producing, adapting, and finalising artwork for print and digital channels — including large‑format graphics, event collateral, signage, branding, presentations, and social media assets Ensuring brand consistency and maintaining visual quality across all event materials Applying strong print production knowledge and collaborating with suppliers to deliver flawless outputs Working closely with designers, event managers, and cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and deliver on time Preparing and checking artwork files for print, ensuring correct formats, colour profiles, and resolution Providing creative input and contributing to brainstorms to enhance visual impact Conducting thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and attention to detail Adapting existing artwork across multiple formats while maintaining design integrity Staying informed about industry trends, tools, and innovations to continually improve efficiency and quality Following defined processes, managing checklists, and maintaining a methodical approach to ensure nothing is missed What You Will Bring You’ll be successful in this role if you combine exceptional artwork skills with precision, creativity, and operational discipline.
