This role is central to ensuring the precision consistency and visual excellence of all event materials. Youll bring creative concepts to life with care and accuracy collaborating closely with designers production teams and client-facing teams. Youll also support workflow leadership by guiding freelance artworkers managing workloads and solving problems independently.If youre detail-obsessed process-driven and passionate about beautifully executed design this is your chance to play a key role in delivering world-class experiences for global brands. What youll be doing As Senior Creative Artworker youll take ownership of artwork production across a wide range of event deliverables working closely with 2D Designers Graphic Production and Client Teams.Key responsibilities include:Producing adapting and finalising artwork for print and digital channels including large-format graphics event collateral signage branding presentations and social media assetsEnsuring brand consistency andmaintainingvisual quality across all event materialsApplying strong print production knowledge and collaborating with suppliers to deliver flawless outputsWorking closely with designers event managers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver on timePreparing and checking artwork files for print ensuring correct formats colour profiles and resolutionProviding creative input and contributing to brainstorms to enhance visual impactConducting thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and attention to detailAdapting existing artwork across multiple formats whilemaintainingdesign integrityStaying informed about industry trends tools and innovations to continually improve efficiency and qualityFollowing defined processes managing checklists andmaintaininga methodical approach to ensure nothing is missedWhat you will bring Youllbe successful in this role if you combine exceptional artwork skills with precision creativity and operational discipline.Proven experience as asenior artworkerwithin a live events agency or similar environmentA strong portfolioshowcasingartwork for corporate events and brand-led clientsA keen eye for smart effectivedesignand strong visual judgementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighproficiencyinAdobe Creative Cloud(Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)Strong organisation and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projectsExceptional attention to detail composition and accuracyA collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environmentStrong problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting project needsWhy youll love working hereA creative supportive and collaborative culture where people come firstThe chance to work with some of the worlds biggest technology brandsOpportunities to create visually impactful work for global events and experiencesClear pathways for skill development and creative growthInternational travel opportunitiesBenefitsAnnual leave 33 days inc.
