An exciting new role due to new and ongoing contracts

the role involves a high level of organisational skills to process material purchases and communicating with clients, customers and supply chain

**About The Role**
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Liaising with all site based operatives when materials are being ordered
- Co-ordinate timeline for deliveries from suppliers & liaise with customers outlining timelines and managing this process end to end
- Update clients in terms of progress on all ordered materials
- Liaise with Contract Manager & QS team members to ensure cost control
- Data input and processing
- General office duties
- Uphold data protection policies
- Undertake any other duty deemed necessary by Management, to ensure the efficient running of the business

**Required Criteria**
- Grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE Level (Higher and Further education desirable)
- Computer literate, particularly with excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
- Administration qualification or demonstrable 2 years’ experience required
- Excellent demonstrable customer service
- Experience of dealing with the general public in a professional manner
- Demonstrable experience of working within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines ensuring KPI’s are delivered

Managing Appointments, Planning & Scheduling, Data Entry and Basic Computer Skills, Ability to Identify and Anticipate needs, Communication
