**Our Executive Search projects are underway, supporting a leading Silver Circle firm, as they undergo strategic build out of their Finance & Funds Group from London.**

**We are keen to speak with enthusiastic Lawyers, looking to take the next step up in their career, with one of the most established L500 Ranked Teams.**

**The Firm**

Relative to the City market, this outfit have found a sought after work/ balance, considering their size and calibre. This positions them as an attractive alternative, and ultimate destination for Lawyers coming from Magic Circle & US Firms, looking fora more rewarding culture & environment without sacrificing quality of work.

Alternatively, they have been a popular choice for City Lawyers from other Silver Circle/ Top 50 UK/ Global firms, looking to increase their exposure to big ticket work - without losing flexibility they may have in their current role.

**Due to their award winning L&D, Training & Development schemes, expectations in this role are manageable, as you will receive ongoing Mentor and Support from Senior Associates & Partners.**

**The Role**

**We are looking to speak with Investment Funds Associates (1-4PQE), to join this Global firm in London.**

As a prominent Silver Circle, and leading L500, they attract some of the best work available through their reputation, and housing of L500 Recognised Partners & Senior Associates.

Sitting within their Funds Group, this is your opportunity to join a prioritised department which is receiving significant investment to ensure its ongoing success.

The role itself, is varied; where dependant on experience/ PQE, you will be nurtured to take on more responsibility resulting in the management of client relationships, and full autonomy, meanwhile assisting Partners on some of the more complex and sizablematters.

This team have completed work for some of the most interesting clients in this market, from a wide range of sectors, which you will have similar access to from Day 1.

Collaboration and support will be provided by more experienced individuals in the team, regarded as some of the best Lawyers in this field.

**You Will Be**:

- A Investment Funds Associate with 1 - 4 PQE
- We are also keen to speak with those outside of this PQE scale
- Experienced working in Funds at a prominent Top 50 UK/ Global firm.
- Keen to progress in a Silver Circle environment
