As a future Fund Management Associate, Infrastructure Equity, you will report to the Head of Funds, Infrastructure, and you will be part of AXA IM Real Estate.

Established 2017, Infrastructure Equity now has a team of over 10 investment executives located in London and Paris. We are now investing on behalf of AXA and third-party clients in Core to Core Plus Infrastructure across OECD Europe. We have already committed over €3 billion to over 10 premier infrastructure businesses spanning transportation, energy, digital and social infrastructure aligned with our over-arching themes of decarbonisation, electrification and digitalisation. We focus on operating infrastructure businesses generating cash and we seek to hold for 20 years or more. We expect to add about three investments each year. Our team investment philosophy is simple: We buy it, and we own it. This means we recruit individuals able to work across origination, investment execution, ownership and fund management. Accordingly, team members’ experience and education spans accounting, economics, engineering, finance, investment banking and law.
Working closely with the Head of Funds, Infrastructure and our experienced investment executives, the Associate will work across the following key roles and responsibilities:
- Fund Performance: Lead financial performance (track record) modelling, work closely with the Asset Owners to support the management of quarterly Valuation and Ownership Committees in collaboration with our Financial Management and Controlling Group (FMCG)
- Fund Management: Support the preparation and continued improvement of fund reporting and broader fund operations and administration as directed in coordination with our FMCG including topics such as ESG, NAV calculations, liquidity management, structuring, compliance investment guidelines
- Marketing: Work closely with the Client Group to coordinate our contribution to RFP’s, investor due diligences and other marketing materials to support the ongoing capital raising activities of AXA European Infrastructure Fund
- Relationships: Develop relationships with peers, clients and relevant advisers. Liaise with all internal stakeholders including risk, compliance, legal, operations, audit and build effective working relationships and processes
