**Job Description**:
The Content Coordinator works across the content team, focusing on supporting editorial and production.
You are an excellent communicator and a great team player who’s looking for a place to learn, grow and develop. You are extremely organised, detail focused, and able to recognise areas where improvements can be made to the way things are done, and implement them. You are someone who takes initiative and is motivated to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner. You are able to work across and switch between multiple projects and are able to prioritise tasks appropriately.

You will get to:
- Work with the editorial team on a range of new content, as well as optimising existing content. Tasks will include:
- Quality checking written and video resources for Theatre and English
- Publishing content using Contentful CMS
- Optimising and reviewing metadata and assets ready for publication
- Working with external partners to ensure delivery of materials on time
- Writing copy using in-house style
- Work with the production team on a range of filming projects, assisting with pre-, during and post-production. Tasks will include:
- Coordinating contributor contracts
- Sourcing props and stock photos
- Attending shoots, casting briefings and location recces
- Reviewing footage
- Overseeing storage of content on Vimeo
- Managing file transfer
- Overseeing the subtitling process
- Support the commissioning team with ad hoc editorial and administrative tasks
- Occasionally publish content to our consumer platform on an as-needed basis.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree-level experience
- A passion for education and/or theatre
- An interest in video production
- Attention to detail, especially in the written word
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- Persistence and dedication
- Enthusiasm for challenge and change
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience using a content management or a willingness to learn
Desirable:
- Proofreading skills
- Experience using G-Suite
