We're looking for a
Production Coordinator
who is ready to get stuck in. You will join a dynamic and exciting content agency based in the heart of London that create content for the world's biggest brands, sporting teams and businesses. The right candidate will be somebody who is passionate about storytelling and has the drive to create high-quality content.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting senior producers across large-scale projects - from prep to post
  • Taking ownership of smaller shoots and projects
  • Creating and managing production schedules, call sheets, and crew paperwork
  • Coordinating crew, kit, talent, travel, and locations - both local and international
  • Organising on-set logistics, ensuring shoots run smoothly and efficiently
  • Liaising with internal teams including creative, shoot, post and studio
  • Managing project admin, budget trackers, cost reports and reconciliations
  • Problem-solving and keeping calm under pressure

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role within a production or creative agency
  • Proven ability to run small shoots independently
  • Experience on set
  • Organised and proactive
  • Solid understanding of production workflows and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with budgeting and scheduling tools
  • Proficiency in Apple and Microsoft systems; Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • A full UK driver's license
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required

Location: On-site in London (Holborn) with potential for international travel

Salary: £28-34k
