Age UK's Fundraising department are recruiting for a creative and proactive individual to join their supportive team as a **Community Fundraising Manager**.

Working between home and a central London co-working hub, this hybrid role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in managing on and offline fundraising activities and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns including digitalchannels.

As **Community Fundraising Manager**, the successful applicant will manage an exciting portfolio of Community and Mass Participation fundraising products, growing existing activities and launching new ones. We are transforming our communityfundraising programme to deliver significant income growth over the next three years, and you will play a key role in helping us achieve this.

Using your exceptional project management, analytical skills and agency management experience you will deliver innovative fundraising activities and a first-rate supporter experience. You'll seek opportunities to improve current processes and touchpointsfor our supporters and drive engagement and loyalty by ensuring fundraisers feel supported and valued. In doing so, you will be helping to raise vital funds for Age UK and the incredible services and support they provide to older people.

Some of our successful fundraising campaigns include - **Run Your Age, Leeds Abbey Dash and The Big Knit**

**Please note that due to the Hybrid nature of this role, the successful applicant will be required to commute to the central London co-working hub at least once a week.**

**You will have**:

- Experience of managing community fundraising and/or mass participation events including digital marketing, agency management, supporter stewardship, and the launch of new products
- Experience in building strong relationships with stakeholders and project managing collaboratively
- Experience of budget management
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Excellent planning skills, experience of managing multiple projects at one time
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to influence and motivate at all levels across Age UK
- Ability to prioritise
- A strong understanding of Fundraising Codes of Practice and Guidelines
