Events Coordinator

**The Role**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage event enquiries from initial contact through to event delivery
- Conduct site visits and consultations with potential clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, function sheets and contracts
- Coordinate internal communication with relevant departments (kitchen, front of house, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution
- Provide on-the-day coordination and support for events as required
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded
- Update systems with accurate event details
- Assist in the creation and promotion of seasonal event packages and offers
- Liaise with third-party suppliers and vendors where necessary
- Support the Head of Events with general administrative duties and event planning initiatives
At least one years’ experience working in a four/five-star hotel and/or high standard restaurant setting is essential. If you feel that you are like one of us, we would love to hear from you.

Pay: £25,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
