We’re looking for a highly organised team member with a desire to work in the travel industry and an interest in being exposed to an international business. The position will be office based, in St Andrews.

**About Us**

Sports Travel Group is a premium sector B2C and B2B tour operator and event organiser. Our three founders have long histories in golf travel, hospitality and events and are seeking to change the way golf travel is presented and consumed. Our global client portfolio includes elite private clubs, leisure and golf tour operators, agents and concierge providers, HNW individuals, private family offices and corporate entities invested in golf.

Our offices are in London, St Andrews, Stockholm, Oslo and Singapore. We have ambitious plans for growth and are looking for people with the same ambition to help us achieve them.

**Job Brief**

As part of our Operations team, you’ll work closely with colleagues in Sales, Product and Customer Experience to help ensure that we maintain our guest experience standards. Prior experience in a commercial environment is expected and an interest in golf is a plus. A professional approach plus great communication skills both in person and digitally are expected, as is the desire to learn, develop and make a genuine contribution to a small but growing team.

**Responsibilities**
- Administration of bookings
- Booking management and delivery of company standard for customer experience
- Supplier communications
- Document preparation
- Supplier contract coordination

**Requirements**:

- Previous work experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously when required
- Ambition

**Employment Terms**
- Full time, 40 hours per week
- Workplace pension scheme
- 25 days paid holiday per annum
- Reports to: Reservations Manager
- Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum, experience dependent
- Location: St Andrews, Scotland

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
