Join our team at the historic Black Boy Inn, a renowned hotel and public house nestled within the medieval walls of Caernarfon, Wales. We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Front or house and Bar Staff. As one of the oldest surviving inns in North Wales, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service in a unique and welcoming environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding guest services by welcoming and serving patrons in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Assist in food preparation and handling to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Implement upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold the values of hospitality by creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Support kitchen staff with tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations in the restaurant.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a hospitality or bar setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of culinary practices is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as assigned.
- A team player with a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
