**Bar & Events Drinks Specialist**

We’re looking for a **passionate, energetic, and creative Bar Person** to bring **our stunning house bar** to life.

At **Ty Afon - River House**, we do things differently. **One night, you’re serving up Old Fashioneds by candlelight, the next, you’re shaking cocktails for a wedding party dancing under the stars.** No two days are the same, and that’s what makes it exciting.

If you love **mixing incredible drinks, meeting amazing people, and working in a stunning, creative setting,** we’d love to have you behind the bar.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Shake, stir, and serve** an inspired menu of cocktails, wines, and craft spirits, making each drink an experience.
- Bring **warmth and energy** to the bar, engaging with guests and making them feel part of something special.
- Manage **stock and supplies**, ensuring the bar runs smoothly with quality ingredients and great efficiency.
- Work across **weddings, events, and our boutique house bar**, adapting to different vibes and occasions.
- Keep everything **polished and professional**, upholding health & safety and licensing regulations.
- Support **front-of-house duties**, welcoming guests and helping create a seamless experience.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Bar experience with a passion for mixology**—whether you’ve trained in cocktail artistry or just have a natural flair, we want to hear from you.
- Bring **warmth and energy** to the bar, engaging with guests and making them feel part of something special.
- Manage **stock and supplies**, ensuring the bar runs smoothly with quality ingredients and great efficiency.
- Work across **weddings, events, and our boutique house bar**, adapting to different vibes and occasions.
- **confident, creative personality** who loves engaging with people.
- Strong knowledge of **bar operations, stock control, and licensing laws**.
- A hands-on, **team-focused** approach with the ability to adapt to both relaxed and lively settings.
- Someone who thrives in a **fast-paced, ever-changing environment**—from quiet midweek evenings to unforgettable wedding celebrations.
- **Flexibility to assist in other areas of the business as needed**, covering for holidays and sickness to ensure smooth operations.
