**About the Role**
- You will be based in our office in Plymouth due to the nature of the role including face to face interviews.
**FTE Salary (based on 37.5 hours) £25,000 per annum**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for job applicants, ensuring timely responses within 24 hours.
- Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory guidelines, including referencing, right-to-work checks, and employment history verification.
- Manage DBS submissions and review outcomes, working closely with the Registered Manager to resolve any issues.
- Support new hires by coordinating onboarding and booking required training.
- Ensure all staff remain compliant with updated documentation, DBS renewals, and training.
