We are looking for an enthusiastic **Restaurant receptionist**

We are hiring a Receptionist for our high end restaurant in London, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet them with a warm and friendly smile, check them in and out, take reservations, answer queries, and ensure their satisfaction throughout their visit.

As a head receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, greeting and seating guests, taking reservations, and ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience. You will also lead and train a team of receptionists, handle customer complaints, and liaise with the management and the kitchen staff. You will also have previous experience of working as a receptionist in a luxury hotel or restaurant, ideally with experience of using a booking software.
