Perched at the top of South Place Hotel, Angler is a Michelin-starred restaurant with a beautiful rooftop terrace, showcasing sustainable seafood from British waters. Executive Chef, Gary Foulkes’ picture-perfect plates and the extensive wine lists have established Angler as a destination dining experience. Although known for sensational seafood, vegetarians and carnivores are also well catered for with the best seasonal and local produce.

We are currently looking for a Head Receptionist, who will work closely with the reception team in order to ensure costumers expectations are met and delivered from the very start of their experience to the moment they leave our venue.
The Head Receptionist key duties & responsibilities would include:

- Support with the smooth reception team performance for running lunch/dinner service, prepare table allocations and ensure that cloakroom/reception is ready at all

times
- To take reservations correctly and with the respect of the policies when necessary
- To ensure clear communication between reservations and reception teams as well as an effective communication to all other departments, informing them of costumers’ bookings, needs & complaints
- Support the front desk by receiving incoming calls, greeting and attending customers' needs
- To look after reception appearance and presence
