We are a well-established, award winning Complementary Therapy Centre in Balham, located a short walk from the station.
We have 6 treatment rooms with over 20 therapists offering over 50 different treatments.
We are looking for a head receptionist with previous managerial/reception experience (front of house) to work with us.

We offer private healthcare, discounted treatments and profit related bonus.

**Hours are as follows**:
Tuesday 2.15pm
- 9:45pm (Monday 10:15am - 5:15pm from January)

Wednesday 5:15pm - 9:45pm

Thursday 10.15am - 5:15pm

Friday 8:15am - 5.15pm

28 hours per week (27.5 from January)

Please note the hours are not negotiable.

**Head Receptionist duties include**:

- Being the first point of contact for receptionists and therapists
- Creating monthly newsletters
- Creating weekly reports
- Taking payments for appointments
- Updating Social Media daily (this can be through scheduled posts)
- Corresponding with and arranging viewings for new potential therapists
- Looking for new therapists and suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Able to commit to shifts mentioned on a permanent basis
- Lives within 20 minutes travelling distance of SW12
- Good time management skills
- Flexibility with holiday cover (if necessary)
- Computer literate
- Work well under pressure
- Able to work solo
- Ideally has experience using social media
- Ideally has knowledge of complementary therapies

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.30-£12.30 per hour
