We are currently looking to employ Apprentices both front of house and back of house.
For our front of house operation we are looking for 2 x Hospitality Team Member Apprentices to serve food and beverages to our customers, take payments, clear tables, replenish sauces etc. You will be given full training and complete a nationally recognised qualification working alongside our experienced team.
We are offering a 30-hour contact with flexible hours over a 7-day period (some late shifts may be required).
Scale of Apprentice Pay
- First 12 week block. £6.40
- Second 12 week block...£7.50 (dependant on satisfactory completion of first block)
- Third 12 week block£8.50 (dependant on satisfactory completion of second block)
- Fourth 12 week block £10.50 (dependant on satisfactory completion of third block)
- Once qualified and selected for employment within company £12.00 per hour

Entry requirements
Maths and English at Level 2 is desirable (but we can provide FS as part of the development if required)
Experience within Hospitality or Catering is desirable.
Training to be provided
You will be supported by an assessor throughout your apprenticeship.
As you progress through your apprenticeship your duties and responsibilities will alter as you develop the skills for a successful career in hospitality and catering.
Training will be a mix of face to face and online learning.
You will gain either Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship Qualification or Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship Qualification.
Functional Skills in Maths and English if required.
