For the front‑of‑house operation, we are looking for Food & Beverage Hospitality Team Member Apprentices to serve food and beverages to customers, take payments, clear tables, replenish sauces etc. You will be given full training and complete a nationally recognised qualification working alongside an experienced team. You’ll be willing to learn whilst gaining practical skills and a commitment to achieving your Apprenticeship. We are offering a 30‑hour contact with flexible hours over a 7‑day period (some late shifts may be required). This job is not 9‑5 but has massive rewards and developmental opportunities for the right candidate. On successful completion of the apprenticeship you’ll have a strong chance of permanent employment and a long‑term opportunity to grow with them, as they always aim to promote from within the company. Entry requirements Maths and English Language at Level 2 (GCSE Grade 4) is desirable, however we can provide Functional Skills training as part of your development plan. Skills required Customer care skills Creative Initiative Training to be provided You will be supported by a trainer throughout your apprenticeship. As you progress through your apprenticeship your duties and responsibilities will alter as you develop the skills for a successful career in hospitality. Training will be a mix of face to face and online learning. You will gain a Level 2 Food & Beverage Team Member Apprenticeship Qualification. Functional Skills in Maths and English if required. Things to consider Hospitality roles can be physically demanding with prolonged periods of time on your feet. This is a full time role which will require flexibility with hours over a 7 day period (some late shifts maybe required - please check transport links). Contracted hours will be 30 pw. Candidates must be 17+ due to licensing laws. Start as soon as possible. We are looking for candidates who want to develop a long‑term career within the Hospitality sector. Further training is available and permanent employment opportunities upon successful completion of your apprenticeship.
