Client Services Planning Manager

Central Employment are looking for a digital media and performance marketing Client Services Manager, as we support a fast growing Newcastle based agency expand their account management team.
**Purpose of the Client Services Manager**:
You will work closely with internal planning and activation teams to interrogate and deliver against our KPIs, acting as the link between the delivery teams and their clients.
There will be the opportunity to work with digital-first brands across the agencies portfolio to help feed into cross-agency workstreams & initiatives while collaborating with colleagues across the wider network.
You will need to manage & monitor the workload of the team, who operate at Assistant and Executive level and help develop their skill sets, creating the opportunity for the team to contribute fully, drive collaboration, and build strong client relationshipsdaily. The working environment is fast paced, an organised approach with attention to detail in all aspects of work will be critical.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Supports Associate Director and Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
- Manages client communications plans, including timelines and budget
- Reviews client plans and uses understanding of the clients’ business to drive greater margin and value through innovation and different ways of working
- Oversees the management and delivery of ongoing media plans and works with specialist teams to optimise performance
- Ensures ongoing delivery of integrated communications planning across all outputs
- Manages team and client business to deliver KPIs, e.g., service PRF/SLAs, and accurately tracks costs
- Foster strong working relationships with media owners, chair weekly reporting calls and own day to day communication with clients
- Allocates team resources to ensure delivery of data, information, projects against client deadlines
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients to build relationships, manage internal interactions and conversations with other markets as needed
- Oversees invoicing and payments process in line with contractual terms agreed to ensure smooth financial operations
- Sets an example to the team to keep abreast of current and future industry thinking and trends
- Effectively manages the team (execs & assistants), acting as a mentor to support the growth and development of all team members.
**Client Services Manager Person Specification**:
- You have a great passion for planning and building brands
- 3 + years’ experience in marketing, with agency experience a plus
- Strong experience in creating engaging planning processes
- Strong knowledge of marketing, media and communications concepts, models, skills, practices, tools, frameworks, etc.
- Working knowledge of ad serving, social, and trading platforms
- Holistic view of Paid, Owned and Earned media
- Experience in managing teams and working with internal and external stakeholders
- Awareness of latest market developments and trends
- Google Ads Academy qualified or committed to qualifying before the agreed start date.
