**Job Summary**
We are delighted to be assisting a key strategic partner with the recruitment of a Sales Director for a leading lending platform based in Nottingham. Our client is a well-established player in the financial services industry, offering tailored lending solutions to a wide range of customers. They are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead their sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand their client base.
**Key Roles**:
- **Sales Leadership**: Lead, develop, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- **Strategy Development**: Create and implement sales strategies to drive business development and market expansion.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term business success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Target Achievement**: Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets by implementing effective performance management and coaching strategies.
- **Pipeline Management**: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective use of resources to maximise opportunities.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
**Key Skills and Experience**:
- Extensive experience in a senior sales role within financial services, ideally in the lending space.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £85,000.00 per year
