**Job Title: Business Administrator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support across various departments
- Assist in preparing, compiling, and distributing daily and weekly reports related to business performance, KPIs, and key metrics.
- Coordinate with different teams to gather data and ensure reports are accurate, timely, and meet company standards.
- Maintain and organize files and records for easy access and retrieval.
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for internal & external meetings.
- Monitor administrative workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
- Assist with any ad-hoc administrative duties and special projects as required.
- Liaise with external vendors, clients, and stakeholders as needed.
- Reporting into Head of Online

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Business Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.) preferred.
- Previous experience using business systems such as Sage, SAP, Tableau or others
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic financial principles.

**Education & Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or business support role.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Experience with reporting software or business intelligence tools.
- Basic project management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- A background in retail merchandising.

Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
