**The Role**
We are looking for a business administrator for our head office based in Oldham. The role will involve:
- Completing administration tasks on time.
- Dealing with clients, suppliers, and other employees professionally.
- Supporting with admin tasks including, purchase orders, invoices, and others such as vehicle logs, tracking plant hire, administration of site based training, etc.
- Managing receipts and inputting data to Sage.
- Carrying out office administration tasks.
- Promoting works on social media platforms.
- Maintaining company databases (Excel, Sage).
The successful office administrator will be welcoming and approachable with experience as an administrator and/or receptionist. You will have strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively, time management, and communication skills.
