Excellent opportunity for an aspiring legal administrator to work in a Law Firm. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Administration Apprentice.
**Duties will include**:
- Coordinating team excels
- Maintaining and updating excels
- Typing documents letters
- Dealing with clients
- Taking telephone calls
- Providing general Admin support.
- Excellent communication skills on phone
- Must be confident and convincing on the phone
- Excellent organisation skills
- Very efficient with maintaining and managing Excel
- Accurate and good speed with word-processing.
- Highly motivated and someone who looks to get jobs done using initiative
The role will be a Mon-Thurs role, the salary will be calculated on Pro Rata Basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a professional office environment. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop essential administrative skills while supporting our team in various clerical and administrative tasks.
**Apprenticeship Details**
Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited **Level 3 Business Administration qualification.**
**Qualifications**
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated administrative experience and excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with data entry and clerical tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: From £6.40 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
