As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious individual to take on the role of Contracts Co-ordinator.

As a Contracts Co-ordinator, you must have excellent attention to detail and be able to solve problems in a timely manner.

You will also have a desire to increase your project management knowledge and be keen to meet and exceed deadlines for effective project delivery.

Jones and Woolman UK is a specialist construction company that provides roof weatherproofing systems as well as roof and wall penetration services.

With over 40 years of experience, we have built a reputation for providing market leading solutions for the construction industry. We have worked on a wide range of prestigious projects across the UK and overseas.

**Duties and responsibilities include** (but are not limited to):

- Administer project schedules
- Liaise with customers to progress project objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for customers and contracts team.
- Communicate project status effectively.
- Update excel spreadsheets and use internal systems to provide admin support.
- Work with management to identify upcoming risks and issues with future planned activities.
- Communicate with all levels of personnel.

**The successful individual will have the following**:

- Good IT Skills, including MS Office.
- Previous experience within a similar role preferable.
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills

**Location**:The role is based at the Jones and Woolman UK head office in Bloxwich, Walsall.

**Required hours**:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9am-5pm, inclusive of 1 hour paid break)

**Benefits include**:

- 31 Days Holiday (This is inclusive of bank holidays and Christmas break)
- Salary - Up to £30,000 per annum.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
