Fleet Co-ordinator

**Fixed Term Maternity Cover - 6 months initially with the possibility to extend**

We're looking for bright, enthusiastic people to join our fleet team here in Walsall You don't necessarily need to have worked in fleet admin before or even the automotive industry, but if you have then that would be great. The key things you'll need in this role are attention to detail, good excel skills and fabulous customer service skills.

You'll have the opportunity to manage your own accounts so this is a great opportunity to step up for the right people.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Fleet Administration**
- Ensure / maintain daily up to date and accurate records on TRANMAN
- Ensure accurate and timely passing of information i.e. job cards, invoices, purchase card logs etc.
- Ensure Fleet lists are updated and accurate i.e vehicle details and location, driver, tracker, leasing provider etc
- Ensure effective reporting / management information of TRACKER system
- Ensure our Warranty Claims are undertaken.
- Provide Administrative support for the Fleet Service Department

**Customer Service**
- Account Management SSI Divisional companies and external customers.
- Manage and build good working relationships with all Group Divisions and external customers.
- Working closely with our customers to Manage their service / maintenance budget.
- Build good working relationships with dealerships, external customers, suppliers and manufacturers

**Vehicle Scheduling**
- Coordinate vehicle service plan ensuring all maintenance & repairs are carried out in accordance with both Manufacturers and ‘O’ licence standards in a timely manner.
- Ensure cost control of our supplier Network.
- Maintain vehicle downtime through effect planning of resources and suppliers
- Always comply with generated programme of service, MOT’s and repairs.
- Ensure accident repairs are monitored and undertaken to reduce costs.
- Manage de-fleet vehicles ensuring cost control and efficient turn round.

**Asset Management**
- Maintain accurate fleet lists to support the replacement programme.
- Manage the procurement of new vehicles and vehicle kit outs.
- Ensure de fleeting of vehicles is undertaken in a timely manner to reduce additional rentals.
- Inform company car drivers prior to renewal of existing car based on current industry lead times.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Experience within the Motor Industry
- Communication skills
- IT skills
- Customer focused
- Proven experience within a customer service environment both face to face and telephone

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
