Syndicate Operations Analyst. to £65,000

This leading insurance services provider has an excellent reputation and offers a friendly, team oriented and stable working environment. They are now looking for an experienced Syndicate Operations/Partner Analyst with company or Lloyd's experience, particularlyknowledge of underwriting process and premium, claims processing and reporting requirements

This position will require underwriting and claims assistance in addition to various duties that ensure the operational aspects of the syndicate are managed appropriately and maintained.

Duties

Assisting with marketing, production and analysis of potential new and existing business lines.

Involved in the population and monitoring of the Underwriting System.

Assisting with the review and monitoring of performance against agreed Syndicate Business Planning.

Ensuring data from partners is received within agreed timeframes and in the correct form. Undertake follow up with relevant partner when not received.

Assisting with reinsurance programme monitoring of loss aggregations to programme attachment points and coverage, reinsurance recovery monitoring.

Assisting with the business planning process including ensuring forms, exposure management and narrative are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.

Assist with the monitoring data against risk appetite and reporting of any breaches to the Active Underwriter.

Document management - ensuring records are kept up to date with all relevant

documents attached

Assisting with the preparation and delivery of Underwriting Committee, Reserving Committee and Syndicate Board papers including action points.

Assisting with deliverables to the Managing Agent and Lloyd's timetable including PMD review and QMA/QMB data.

Assisting with responses and additional data required for capital providers or Reinsurers.
