**Overall Responsibility**

To be a flexible resource, assisting Operations in daily tasks to enable the management and completion of new and existing projects, as well as working with the Logistics Team on completion of daily tasks

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- To support the administration of daily operations tasks
- To produce reports and dashboards required by multiple internal departments
- To provide support in analysing customer and company data
- To understand in detail the different procedures within the company of individual customer requirements
- Work alongside the Quality Manager to assist in implementing long term preventative actions to resolve identified problems that arise

General Warehousing and Logistics duties which include:

- Processing goods inwards and recording receipts onto the system
- Booking in received units against assigned PO’s or Return Material Advice Numbers
- Handling, repackaging, moving and storage of product and goods (may involve use of a Counterbalance forklift)
- Picking and delivery of parts to internal departments, as well as processing returns of un-used parts
- Packing of goods to appropriate customer specifications
- Despatch of goods, completion of appropriate paperwork and carrier documentation (where necessary)
- Inventory management and control of repair stock and customers stock
- Running end of day processes and loading couriers
- General housekeeping duties

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- IT literate (Word, Excel - Visio experience an advantage)
- Good organisational skills
- Articulate and to the point
- Good attention to detail
- Conscientious with a strong sense of quality
- Strong customer focus and empathy
- Ability to think procedures through logically
- Ability to communicate to a variety of audiences (technical and non
- technical)
- Ability to work and take instruction from Managers but also to work independently.
- Self-motivating with ability to prioritise own workload
- Fit and strong for manual handling
- Forklift Licence (advantage)

**Basic Contract to include**:

- Basic 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday between 08:00 -18:00 by agreement.
- 20 days annual leave in addition to Bank Holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
